MOPH Chapter 531, Northeast Georgia, Commander, Brian West presents MOPH JROTC Leadership award to Sgt.1st Class, Samuel Davidson of the Banks County High School, JROTC, on Awards Day held on 05-16-2016 at Banks County High School.
